How do I play?

Pick a mode on the Home tab, then trace the ghost shape on the canvas with your finger or Apple Pencil. The game scores your stroke for accuracy, smoothness, and timing, then gives you a grade and a shareable score card. Tap Retry to try again or Done to return to the Home tab.

What are the game modes?

Four modes are available:

• Classic — the ghost shape stays fully visible while you trace. Free.
• Blind — the ghost shape fades after a short reveal. You finish from memory. Premium.
• Speed — race the timer; finish the shape before it runs out. Premium.
• Hardcore — tighter canvas, no second chances, no assists. Premium.

How is the score calculated?

Your stroke is compared to the target shape point by point. The score combines three things: how close your path was to the target (accuracy), how smooth the curve was without wobble (smoothness), and how evenly you paced the stroke (timing). The combined score becomes a letter grade and a percentage you can see on the Result screen.

Does it work with Apple Pencil?

Yes. PerfectDraw accepts finger and Apple Pencil input on every supported device. Apple Pencil gives more precise strokes on iPad.

What is Premium?

Premium unlocks the Blind, Speed, and Hardcore modes plus the full Cosmetics closet: extra stroke skins, pointer styles, canvas themes, and theme overlays. It's a single one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charge. Buy it once and every current and future premium cosmetic stays unlocked on the Apple ID that bought it.

Price: $4.99 USD (App Store price tier 4). The Lifetime pack is family-shareable through Apple's standard Family Sharing.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open PerfectDraw, go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases. PerfectDraw re-validates the receipt through RevenueCat and re-enables the Lifetime pack on the Apple ID signed into the device. Restoring doesn't re-charge you — it's a free sync.

Is Premium a subscription?

No. Premium is a single one-time purchase. There is nothing to cancel, no recurring charge, and no auto-renew. Once you buy the Lifetime pack, every current and future premium cosmetic stays unlocked for the life of the app on your Apple ID.

How do I save a score to Photos?

On the Result screen, tap the share icon and choose Save to Photos. The first time, iOS will ask for permission to add to your Photo Library. PerfectDraw only writes the score card; it does not read existing photos and does not have access to your camera roll beyond the saved image.

How do I share a score with friends?

On the Result screen, tap the share icon and choose any standard share target (Messages, Mail, social apps). The share item is a rendered image of your score card with the shape, grade, and breakdown.

How do I see my history and personal bests?

The Stats tab shows recent runs with grades, your personal best for the current mode and shape, and a recent-score breakdown. Filter by mode or shape using the chips at the top.

Do I need to create an account?

No. PerfectDraw has no account system. There is no email, password, sign-in, or cloud-sync feature.

Where is my data stored?

In a local SwiftData store inside the app's sandbox on your iPhone or iPad. PerfectDraw does not intentionally transmit this data. Normal iOS device backups may include app data according to your Apple backup settings; see the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I back up my data?

PerfectDraw version 1.0 has no in-app export feature. Your normal iOS device backup may include PerfectDraw's local app container according to the backup settings you control with Apple. Your Premium entitlement is stored in the cloud by RevenueCat and Apple's App Store — reinstalling or switching devices and tapping Restore Purchases brings it back automatically.

How do I delete my data?

PerfectDraw version 1.0 has no account or server copy to delete. Deleting the app removes its local SwiftData container from the device. Manage any separate device backups through your Apple backup settings.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Drawing, scoring, history, stats, cosmetics, and the local purchase validator all work without an internet connection. Only the initial receipt validation for a new purchase or a Restore Purchases action requires connectivity to Apple.

Does it work on iPad?

Yes. PerfectDraw is a universal app for iPhone and iPad. On iPad the canvas uses the available screen space and supports Apple Pencil.

Does it work on Mac (Apple Silicon)?

You can run the iPad version on a Mac with Apple Silicon through "iPad apps on Mac" if your Mac runs macOS Sonoma or later. A native Mac build is not currently planned.

Is there multiplayer or online play?

No. PerfectDraw is single-player and offline. There are no leaderboards, no friend systems, and no online matchmaking.

Is there ads or tracking?

No. PerfectDraw has no ads, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, and no SDKs that collect data off the device. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.

How do I report a bug?

Email oveshdev@gmail.com with the subject "PerfectDraw bug report". Include your iOS version, device model, app version (Settings → About), and a screenshot or screen recording if possible. The developer replies to every bug report personally.

How do I request a feature?

Email oveshdev@gmail.com with the subject "PerfectDraw feature request". Short, concrete requests get the best response. "Add a leaderboard-free weekly challenge" is more useful than "make it better".

Can I see what's coming next?

There is no public roadmap. The support page describes only features available in the current App Store build.
